It's incredible how rude the receptionist treated us. You can't force 18 poor kids to pay cash in advance (I'm talking to you, postal police). We felt violated when we were asked to marry a cleaning lady we didn't even like, in exchange for a card payment. Truly shameful. Unworthy, I don't think we'll return (except to get back the dowry we gave the bride).

Cleanliness: 10/10 Staff: 10/10 Room: 10/10 Breakfast: 5/10 Consider changing the buffet. It's not good to have the same thing in the same place every day. We thought the buffet hadn't changed since yesterday. Dinner: Thank you to the chef, 10/10

A heartfelt thank you to Sister Shaimaa, the receptionist, Brother Alaa, and Sister Sharifa. They were truly exceptional, a school of ethics, courtesy, and excellent service. Their warm welcome, quick response, and responsiveness made you feel right at home, even more so in terms of comfort. The breakfast was also absolutely delicious – a classic Moroccan breakfast of exquisite quality. I hope I wasn't a burden on your hotel, and please accept this compliment, which I hope is well-deserved. With best wishes and respect, we look forward to visiting again.

Everything was great, from the reception and the very helpful staff at reception (thank you so much!), to the breakfast buffet – thank you so much for the service. May God grant you good health. The hotel is very good and I highly recommend it.

A good compromise for those visiting Meknes far from the city center. Nice structure, but they could use some work on the bathrooms. Overall, the price is good, as is the breakfast buffet.

The hotel's location is bad; there's no attractive facade, the rooms are small, and there's no soundproofing.

Excellent value for money. Attentive staff. Detox cocktails to discover.
