You caused my grandmother's arm to swell up by unsuccessfully trying to draw blood, causing her unnecessary pain. Furthermore, why mislead patients by presenting a nurse as a doctor?

Your service level has drastically declined, despite your clinic being relatively new! My father is elderly, and after you scheduled his surgery for a specific day and time, you left him in the waiting room for over four hours, unclothed and covered only with a thin sheet. This later caused him to develop a severe cold and cough! After he paid for the entire surgery, you then demanded 200 dirhams for each dressing change, even though this is part of your job! Such financial practices could lead to legal problems and court cases that will undoubtedly damage your clinic's reputation. Therefore, I urge you to reconsider your humanitarian approach, as we are all Muslims, and our religion is one of mercy. Thank you.
