My experience with them was a complete failure, especially the check-up process. It's unreasonable. I had a check-up with them, and on my medical paperwork, they gave me the date from my first check-up, which was two months ago. They made me lose money on reimbursement for the analysis and even the check-up itself. Every time I asked them to change the date, they told me to pay another 300 dirhams on top of the 300 dirham check-up fee. May God punish them! On top of the 500 dirham check-up fee, it's outrageous! If there's any explanation, please answer me.
