A very bad experience. I ordered a milk-based juice that was at an abnormal temperature. After a few minutes, I felt a severe pain in my lower abdomen and had to vomit. Instead of apologizing or trying to find a solution, the manager accused me of lying and became aggressive, even snatching my phone from my hands. He even claimed that someone had sent me on purpose to damage his reputation, which is ridiculous. This behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope the management of this establishment will seriously review the quality of its service and its respect for customers… if there is such a thing as management, of course. Given this behavior, I absolutely do not recommend this café.

This is one of THE WORST coffee shops in Guelmim, the service is without a doubt the worst, and disgusting, I found a fingerprint in my mug, and cockroaches in the toilet, I do not recommend this one
