This hotel is fairly new as I was told by one of the residents. I would expect it to be quite well equipped. Unfortunately, I booked a room for myself & my parents after the reception told us it was a “suite”; the room had 1 bedroom with one double bed, a small living room with a small tv and click-clack Sofa and a toilet, that’s about it. I was left very disappointed. An hour after getting in the room, the electricity was constantly on/off, the main door was half shut because of that too. The toilet only had one roll of toilet paper and the bed & sofa were absolutely questionable, the walls were cracked because of the humidity, the sofa had stains on it and so on…Now I am only writing this review because the cost of our suite was around 80£ (I am Moroccan, and I know how hotel pricing works…). Now, IF the room was 30£ or 40£ I probably wouldn’t take the time to write a review. On another note, the view is lovely from the cafe & restaurant. I can see this hotel offering better services in the future but at the moment I wouldn’t come back.
A breakfast at average price however the quality is much less than you would expect. Bring with you hand towels because here they are scarce!! Tables cleaning and disinfection is below standards. I was served a fork with chocolate remains on it 😡 The sea view is astonishing.
Excellent customer service. Has a resteraunt and a café. Nice selection of food, coffee, and juices. Extremely clean and plenty of security. Underground parking. Pool is centrally located. Located along the sea wall with good views. Highly recommend!
The place offers a fantastic view, nevertheless, the coffee tasted awful and the croissant was at least 24h old - it tasted awful... the waiter takes at least 10 minutes to bring you coffee and croissant, which is way too late for somebody wanting à quick breakfast!!
Good restaurant and cafe , wonderful view directly sea view (relaxing), friendly stuff, clean and tasty food , good value for money, I tried the coffee , orange juice, different breakfast and lunch menu and all was good. They also serve different desert. I visited it in summer season.
Beautiful hotel , great and romantic rooftops
Exelent service.
The quality has changed a lot, which is a shame. I've been going there for three years, and frankly, not finding any msemen at 10:30 in the morning is unbelievable. You have to be careful; the orange juice is often diluted with water. It's a shame because the view and setting are magnificent.
