At this clinic, we were seen by a general practitioner. But when they filled out our social security paperwork, they put a doctor's name on the stamp. If there's a problem, who do we complain to? The doctor who actually saw us? Or the doctor we never saw and who wasn't even present those days? Is that legal? That one person saw us and another person is listed on our social security records? There should be more oversight! No more tricks, things need to be clearer!

This hospital is the worst thing ever , shitty behaviors and all people working there have the worst manners my friend had an ear surgery and they gave her very bad meds that caused her nausea and when she called to get her certification they just declined her calls and when her sister went to them they just refused to even talk to her !!! Please stay away from THIS HOSPITAL.

Poor equipment and a shortage of medical and nursing staff, especially on call.

We should give them less than one star; one star is too much for them... It's shameful and disgraceful that you go to an international clinic, pay a fortune before even seeing them, and then ask for a CD. They tell you to go buy it, saying it only costs 3 dirhams, and they'll give it to you... We bought the CD, and when we brought it back, they returned it to us blank and damaged, unreadable. Don't waste your money; just go to other cities; it's better. We'll see you in court, and you'll receive a complaint as soon as possible.

The clinic is decent and has the potential to improve. I would like to point out two important issues: cleanliness and food, which need some improvement. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Al-Fallah Youssef for his excellent treatment.
