The pharmacy service is poor, especially the behavior of one of the employees; however, there is a woman named Amal whose demeanor is very elegant and pleasant.

I strongly advise against this pharmacy due to the consistently poor service. There's no basic courtesy whatsoever; the staff never greets customers (no smile, no "hello," no "goodbye"). There's a chronic problem with change; every time I visit, I'm told "we don't have change" for cash payments. They also refuse payment unfairly. During my last visit this morning, the cashier refused a slightly damaged but perfectly valid 50 dirham note (the serial number and edge were visible) (which another pharmacy nearby, like "Pharmacie Mohcine," accepted without any problem). I now prefer to go to Pharmacie Mohcine or Pharmacie des Résidences, located 1800 meters away, where the service is professional. It's a real shame, as this pharmacy is only 100 meters from my home.
