The worst doctor on earth. Lack of professionalism and she's too good for medicine. She told the woman from the family to come back after a week of using the medication she received. When she returned, she denied it, saying, "I told you to go to a specialist." The woman came from far away and only had a good reputation among people. She lied to her and didn't even see her. May God punish her. Where is the professionalism and the honor of one's word?

The best doctor in Meknes. There's a bit of a wait, but she looks after everything and is very patient. I took my place and went home until she called me when it was my turn. May God protect the doctor and the secretary.

I absolutely do not recommend dealing with her. Honestly, at first she was an excellent doctor, but with the overcrowding and poor organization, it became clear that she doesn't care about patients. From my personal experience, she gave me almost 1000 dirhams worth of medication unrelated to my illness. Not to mention the poor treatment I received if I requested to see the doctor for a follow-up appointment because my case was urgent and the medication wasn't working. The receptionist was also rude. She hung up on patients and refused to see critical cases, claiming the appointments were full. Furthermore, the doctor was constantly late despite the clinic being full. Medicine is a calling, not just a profession, but some doctors nowadays seem to be using it solely for money.

A truly exceptional doctor, very gentle, compassionate, and attentive. She genuinely takes the time with her patients, explains everything with great kindness, and knows how to put you at ease. I felt listened to, reassured, and very well supported. Thank you again for your kindness and professionalism; I recommend her without hesitation!

I do not recommend dealing with her. The first thing that surprised me was that patients were prevented from using the restroom despite waiting for hours. I consider this inhumane. The receptionist's poor treatment of people and her rudeness were also unacceptable. The appointment system was nonexistent. From my personal experience, I made an appointment in advance and went at the scheduled time, only to be surprised by a long wait in front of the clinic door due to overcrowding and poor organization. The receptionist let whomever she pleased in, claiming they had been waiting for a week. Moreover, the doctor burdened patients with excessive and pointless tests and medications. In my experience, she ordered tests and medications costing 2000 dirhams. After contacting the receptionist to request a follow-up appointment because my condition was stable despite taking the medication, she surprised me by saying that the doctor would call me back. After a delay in her response, I tried calling her all day, but she didn't answer. Finally, she hung up and stopped answering. I rushed to the gynecologist because my case was urgent, and after the physical examination, I was shocked to find that the tests and medication she prescribed were ineffective. The doctor has no connection to my case; I absolutely do not recommend her. She is a substandard doctor.
