I have orderd a birthday cake for my mother It was really bad full of cream only and they didn’t even gave me a packaging to put it in they told me that people who comes to pickup cake always come with their car which means if I don’t have a care I should not have the cake haha

3 women were there, and I had to wait for them to finish gossiping to get my order, and then wait for the cashier (who was still gossiping when I got my things) to pay. And the girl was sipping her coffee at her own pace while getting my order. Don't recommend if you're in a hurry.

Good pastries and hygienic shop with reasonable prices and good quality, Boumalek is one of well-known bakeries in Rabat. (+) Tasty croissant

The disrespect is unbelievable there !!! Teach your workers how to behave like some decent human beings! They have no self respect !!

Me and my family we've been your customers for years because your products are super good. But you should be careful about your customer service in hassane, I heard a lot of bad things about it and I'll totally avoid going there. You should provide your workers some customer service courses. We don't only care about the product quality but about the service as well. Thank you.
