Avoid at all costs! My friend and I came in for a curly blowout. Unfortunately, the stylist who usually did curly blowouts wasn't there, so we had no choice but to get a straight one. My friend ended up with a dry blowout, without shampoo, which I've never seen in a salon before. As a result, her hair was even more frizzy than when she arrived. We also felt like we were bothering the stylists, who seemed more interested in finishing quickly. No heat protectant was offered, even though the hairdryer was giving off a lot of heat and smoke. That would have been the bare minimum. As for me, I even got burned on the ear by the stylist with the hairdryer. When we were leaving, I asked for some hairspray to tame my bangs, which were a complete mess. I was told they were out of hairspray… I'd never seen a hair salon without it. In the end, we paid 180 dirhams to leave with frizzy hair and having to redo our hairstyles ourselves at home. A very bad experience, both in terms of the service and the reception. I absolutely do not recommend this salon.
