Very little professionalism and a lot of joking around from the staff there. I went for a pedicure and a haircut. The pedicure was a terrible experience. She scraped my heels with a manual file as if she were grating cheese, with such brutality that it hurt. She removed a toenail that, according to her, was ingrown, and it wouldn't stop bleeding. Now, two weeks later, my toe is still hurting and hasn't healed. I asked for a haircut, and they started messing around, sending me from one to another because the one I wanted wouldn't do it. The one who finally cut my hair did what she could, but the result wasn't what I wanted. In short, it's the last time I'll be going back there. It has a lot of prestige from the outside, but there's little to be desired when you're actually there, especially compared to other salons where they treat you well and you feel relaxed and in good hands.

If only I could give -5 stars. I have never had such a bad experience at a hair salon. What was supposed to be a 3 to 4 hour appointment spiraled completely out of control and ended up lasting 10.5 hours. During my treatment, other customers were constantly being served in between. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Additionally, a vitamin treatment was added without the price being mentioned — it turned out to cost €30 afterwards. An absurd amount for what was delivered. It got even worse when settling the bill. Paying in cash suddenly turned out to be the only option. With difficulty, the card reader was retrieved, which first had to be charged and then didn't work. When the amount was entered, it turned out to be higher than expected. When I asked about this, I was told that I had to pay a surcharge to be able to pay by card due to “taxes”. This is completely non-transparent and downright dubious. Subsequently, four staff members got involved in the situation. At my request, among others, it was said that the owner would come, but after a long wait, this turned out not to be true. Because I do not speak the language fluently (though I do understand it), they acted as if I didn't understand and turned to my mother. Eventually, under pressure, she paid a large portion in euros. As a “solution,” I was allowed to leave euros *and* dirhams, resulting in more being paid in the end. I was told to come back the next day to collect the euros, upon payment in dirhams. Leaving less until the next day was not an option, but paying more was. In other words: their problem was placed entirely on us. Everything about this experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and completely lacking in customer service. I will absolutely not be coming back here and will actively warn others not to go here. ADDITION (2 hours later): My hair feels like straw and has a mix of brown, yellow, and orange undertones—exactly the opposite of what I had asked for. I already noticed the yellowish glow in the salon, but that was dismissed as “lighting.” Now that I am home and can see it clearly, it is obvious that the result is wrong and the damage to my hair is visible and palpable.
