Wow, I went to the hammam today! The lady was great, she really went the extra mile. No wait, everything was spotlessly clean, and the products are fantastic and smell amazing. It's a shame we don't have anything like this in Germany, otherwise I would have become a regular.

I am writing to you again regarding the underarm waxing I had done at your salon last time. I find it completely unacceptable to have such severe burns after a service that was supposed to be performed by a professional. I experienced pain, burning, and irritation for several days, and even now my underarms haven't returned to normal. I have attached photos so you can see the condition of my skin for yourselves. Beyond the pain I endured, I am particularly worried that this could leave marks or hyperpigmentation. I have never had a reaction like this after waxing before. I therefore expect a proper explanation of what happened and, above all, a solution from you, because it is absolutely unacceptable to leave a salon with such severe burns.
