Wow Hotel

Wow - it was my first word when I entered a tent on the rooftop! Really incredible idea and design. Clean and comfy. Recommend for sure. Only advice to the owner to make breakfast a little earlier, I left at 7 am without breakfast for a long trip north but I really appreciate that guys tried to do their best and at least I had a nice cup of latte 👌

Come and discover the Wow Hotel! A warm welcome and friendly staff, excellent value for money. As someone who knows Dakhla well, I can guarantee it. You can order lunch and dinner, the food is very good, and the prices are reasonable. Despite being a little outside the city center, it offers easy access to the ocean for walks, and taxis are plentiful and very affordable. Enjoy your stay! And thank you to the staff.

I had a wonderful stay at Wow Hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive! Everyone there is helpful. In the morning, the hotel manager offered to drive us into town in his car when he went home. What more can I say? So many wonderful memories! I felt right at home! A huge thank you to Hamza and his hard work! Best of luck to everyone! I'll be back.

I never write reviews, but this time I'm making an exception. Upon arrival at the airport, I mistakenly only gave the taxi driver the name of the hotel, as I didn't realize there were two locations. When I arrived at the wrong hotel, I was greeted by Hamza, who was helpful, competent, and flexible in handling the situation. Since it was already 2:00 AM, he offered me a room at the hotel and the option to move to a different one the next morning if I wished. He showed me two rooms, and I chose 201 (a free upgrade, as another one was cheaper). Furthermore, the other hotel is a bit further from the city center. Concept: The hotel rooms are spread across three floors. Each room is individually and tastefully decorated. Every room has its own bathroom. The reception is located on the ground floor, and the kitchen and a beautiful terrace with a cozy Berber (Sahrawi) lounge are on the fourth floor. A generous breakfast is served there. This place is also perfect for relaxing in the evenings. I slept like a log. The bed was so comfortable, the flowers on the table smelled heavenly, and you couldn't hear a thing in the evening. On the first morning, I met the owner, Simo. A young, open, and down-to-earth entrepreneur. He greeted me and immediately asked if I needed anything. Within an hour, I had a car, even though availability was very limited due to the upcoming Eid al-Adha. Since it was my first time visiting the city and I was alone, I needed some tips. The receptionist, Widad, was immediately willing to write down all the places for me and arranged a guide for the day. I could write for hours, and it wouldn't convey the feeling I had at this hotel. The hotel, including the owner and staff, including the cleaning staff, were like family to me for three days. The hotel wasn't large, but the service and helpfulness were immense. I've stayed in quite a few hotels around the world, and I'm baffled as to why this hotel hasn't received a single star 🌟. When I inquired, I was told that the star rating system is a bit complicated if you're not willing to pay bribes. I was truly sorry to hear this, because in my opinion, the hotel deserves at least 3 stars, especially in Morocco. I want to sincerely thank everyone. I will definitely be back and I'm already looking forward to it.

The staff were very attentive and willing to help with everything. Since they don't have parking, they offered to let me leave my motorcycle at reception, helping me unload my luggage, carry the motorcycle up, and park it against a wall. They were very kind and efficient, offering solutions for everything.

The hotel is very well maintained, and the value for money is excellent. The staff is fantastic and friendly; keep up the good work! I highly recommend it.
