Woods Café-Restaurant

On my holiday to Tangier last week, I ate in the restaurant twice and ordered a takeaway meal, after my first visit was so enjoyable. Great, fresh food at a reasonable price and excellent service. I highly recommend the sliced chicken dish which comes with mushroom sauce, lots of vegetables and rice. My takeaway chicken tagine was a bit dry unfortunately, but still great flavour.

This is a great place with an amazing view, especially for anyone looking for a relaxing atmosphere near train station. The restaurant is very spacious, making it perfect for families, groups of friends, The setting is comfortable, clean, and well organized, allowing guests to enjoy their time without feeling crowded. The view adds a special touch to the overall experience and creates a pleasant environment for dining or having a coffee. The service is good, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. If you are looking for a nice place to spend quality time , I highly recommend this spot.

Ordered Steaks & it was delicious, the atmosphere is great, highly recommend will be back

Mohamed Al Idrees was our waiter and he has a great sense of humour. Nice ambience and the Moroccan tea was a perfect way to end our night.

The current rating of 3.9 is absolutely distorting the truth. It’s hands down a 5-star restaurant with amazing dishes and excellent services!

The 3.9 review is honestly misleading. Great decor, nice staff and amazing food. We had the best burgers.

It is a beautiful restaurant but unfortunately will not be returning. The waiter Hamada was very rude and arrogant. My husband wanted a saffron latte and he had the nerve to ask my husband if he knew what saffron was. What type of question is that? Why would you even ask that? And when my husband answered back and put him in his place he did not like it. Also, when he did bring our drinks he just slammed it on the table. No idea why they have people like that working for them the only thing it will do is drive customers away. I see from other reviews people have had issues with waiters so you'd think management will make ensure these things don't happen again but I guess not...
