Wazo Hotel

Rooms need some maintenance, hot water boiler, bathroom sink have to bee fixed. Shower floor needs a threshold to keep showering water from running over the whole place. Toilets need better sealing to stop odors from leaking. The hotel is wonderful but needs some improving touches

Great hotel, staff always willing to help. Mohammed at the reception was also very cool. Lots of pool side and night activities. Tourists love the place and their pricing is quite average. Loved it so much.

One of the worst places we ever stated. Sheets were not changed after the last guests - their hair were found on the bed. Rooms are far from clean. Damaged bathroom handles, clogged sink and bath tub. Cancelled our stay after 2 days and took the refund for unused time. Good luck to this company with this business strategy...

The first thing I would like to mention is the maintenance guy who attended me, the first day we arrived, in our room 123 the balcony door wasn't locking at all we saw the guys in the corridor and he quickly fixed it. The restaurant was good, the reception staff was very helpful always, the location is not bad but a bit far. This wouldn't be an issue, but in Marrackech, taxi drivers are stealing the money all time different prices all the time..

Bad experience: it's a two stars hotel. - the photos and videos are really edited. What they have is not a gym, but in their photos everything looks amazing. - they take your towels in the morning and only bring it back at night, - you can't always believe in what they say. You may ask something, they say they will do it, but don't, - messy breakfest, you stay 5 to 10 min in a queue waiting for an omelete, - it's really far away. One or two restaurants nearby. We dicided for this hotel as an option to relax/resort, but we ended up buying another flight and coming back home three days earlier to avoid stress, My impression is that they don't have a manager. Prefer a riad in the city centre.

horrible hotel unhygienic mold in the bathrooms, ants in the room, swimming pool looks like a daycare center we arrived and that's where it started already staff is very arrogant gave us the worst room in addition we had to wait 2 hours in the lobby for that horrible room as we just came from a night flight while I agreed to enter the room earlier. in addition, the breakfast room is unhygienic food everywhere on the floor look like a bunch of hungry beasts everyone is almost fighting for food this is the last time for us in wazo NEVER AGAIN HORRIBLE HOTEL really a nightmare!!!!
