Before visiting from the U.S. I knew I was going to treat myself to new eyebrows. I Googled "best eyebrows in Marrakech" and Unica was top of the list. Loubna and I communicated via WhatsApp before I arrived and she said, together, we would discuss the various methods available and determine which technique would be most suitable for me. Loubna was very welcoming and explained the various methods in detail. I was a bit nervous, but her professional and calming manner put me at ease. I even fell asleep during the process. The results are fantastic! I look ten years younger! There's no doubt that artistry plays a significant role in the process and Loubna exceeded all my expectations.

Today was my second time at Unica Beauty. First time I came to do a BIAB manicure, pedicure and blow out. Everything was great from start to finish. Second time i came to do the soft shading with Loubna. I couldnt be happier with my brows. Loubna is a professional and does an excellent job without needing too much explanation. She is an expert at beauty and you won’t regret choosing her for your beauty needs. Definitely will come back to Unica for all my beauty needs.

My experience at Unica Beauty was honestly extremely disappointing. I visited today for a lash lift, but the service was far below expectations, I hated the treatment all because of the attitude! Then she said that she will tell me what lift I need - and then said NOTHING and just continued doing what she wanted and charge me. What stood out immediately was the lack of professionalism. Hardly anything was explained during the treatment, and communication overall was poor. On top of that, I was charged more than expected, which made the whole experience even more unpleasant. The hygiene, in my opinion, was also not up to standard, and the general atmosphere in the salon was far from relaxing. Instead of a calm experience, the environment felt tense and uncomfortable. The way customers were spoken to was also, at times, unprofessional and inappropriate. Normally, I would address this kind of feedback on the spot, but this time I didn’t even feel comfortable doing so. All in all, I would not recommend this salon. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what you would expect from a beauty treatment. They wanted cash - and also said if not paid cash she will need to charge 20% - and ‘let it slide’ for this time - unbelievable! The lash lift itself -> not rly wauw!

been battling with eyebrow alopecia and hyperpigmentation for the longest. I tried an algae peel that didn't turn out as expected I then sifted through a lot of shallow services with bot reviews to finallyyy find Unica. This beauty bar gives gatekept vibes and let me tell you I didn't regret my choice I've booked during their Ramadan sale and had two sessions with them. We've started with nanobrows my skin was not receptive yet Lubna remained patient, even when I doubted my skin would cooperate and almost gave up she kept reassuring me. My face is asymmetrical and Lord knows it took her a while to get it traced up correctly not even once did I feel frustration in her proceeding she handled it with patience, care and utmost professionalism. We also did dermaplaning and a full face phi-microneedling. After two weeks following our first session the difference was noticeable. Fair pricing for a fantastic treatment the staff will make you feel like a queen, definitely one of the best highlights of my gallivanting in Morocco!
