The rooms are nice but shower with cold water and there is no elevator so not suitable for elderly people. There is also no breakfast so the price is too expensive.

The toilet wobbles when you're on it, the shower head is broken and noisy. It's impossible to shower. Poorly insulated, so it feels like sleeping on the street. €40 a night is very expensive for what it is!
