The Bake House

Bad service, null atmosphere, awful food … Everything was miserable, personally I don’t recommend it at all and I will never return to this place again, the first and last time

The food was okay, but as many customers have noted, there are communication issues with the servers... We were served the wrong dishes.

Based on my experience, I can't comment on the quality of the food served. However, I was disappointed twice with their reservation service. I reserved the Friday couscous dish in advance by phone, and both times my order was given to other people. To make matters worse, the second time, instead of telling us the dishes were no longer available, they made us wait half an hour until we went to ask for an update, only to be told our order was gone. I was very disappointed by this waste of time, especially since I had other things waiting for me.

It took half an hour before I could even place my order, and after I ordered, it took another half hour. The waiter brought the wrong order. And on top of that, the food is awful. (Nadori orders. Moroccan breakfast). I am never coming back here.

One star is too much for this service. The waiter was incredibly arrogant from the start. After we sat down at a dirty table, I politely asked him to clean it. He just gave me a dirty look and didn't return for about 10 minutes – and only brought a menu, even though there were four of us. After we placed our order, we waited almost an hour without anything arriving. When I politely asked the waiter how much longer it would take, he simply said, "Half an hour." After another 30 minutes, I asked again. This time, I was snapped at rudely: "What can I do? That's just how it is." I was a regular customer, but after this disrespectful treatment, I will definitely not be visiting this restaurant again. This is no way to treat guests.

A waiter who scams customers when it comes time to pay the bill. He asks for a price he sets himself and doesn't give you a receipt detailing what you ordered. BE VERY CAREFUL, THEY'RE SCAMMERS!!! Always ask for a receipt showing the prices of what you ordered!! He even pretended to have thrown away the receipt before I paid... All this just to set his own price and take an extra tip!

Absolutely not recommended. The worst experience of my life in Nador, and I advise all families to stay away. It took over 30 minutes for someone to bring us the menu, and almost an hour for our order to be served. The tea was cold and the juice was lukewarm when it finally arrived, and the food was tasteless. The only positive point was the beautiful setting; otherwise, there was no logic to either the service or the food. When I complained at the checkout, the waiter and the cashier told me they were aware of the problem and that many other customers had complained. They also said the owner didn't want to do anything about it because he was unreachable. A complete rip-off to extract money from new customers.
