so bad i wish there's a 0 star to give it to this Cafe Please change the workers they are so rude (not all of them) and there's this guy we didn't want to be filrty with him and he became rude with us over a juice???? What is this people??? Ok, no problem with that but the girl who's selling the Sweets she saw me with my juice and she didn't say nothing i payed for the cake i sat down and i waited wasted my time after a long wait the tall guy with the black Beard came and he said no juice no service??? Like wth???? You let me buy it and you saw me holding my juice and i payed and go didn't say nothing until i wanted my cake to be served???? You should've said that before i ordered my cake !! Or were they trying to scam me???? Ok i got my money back thanks god and im not coming back to this cafe ever again!!!!! No respect and scam!and waiting so long! Also i got my money back because I stood up for myself, they said we can't cancel the order???? Bro what order it's a CAKE!!!!! You just took it and put it in the plate ! Thanks for the bad service 🙏🏻❤️ i will come to this cafe after they retired

Terrible service. They didn't bring me a menu or even the food I'd already paid for within 15 minutes. The service isn't just bad, it's nonexistent. It was daytime, and the place was almost empty.

That was a terrible experience. The waiters didn't clean the table or take our orders, so we had to find someone to help us. The waiter was rushing and forgot part of our order. They even charge you 2 dirhams to use the toilet, which is strange. When we wanted to leave, I had to find the waiter to pay, and he just charged us whatever he wanted without a receipt (he took a tip and gave me the change). The pastries were good, but the whole experience was ruined.

What we chose from the pictured menu, did not match what was served. Order came with items missing. Quality of the milkshake was poor, very artificial tasting. Cash only payment also. We wouldn't go again.

Even more absurd: after placing my order, I was forbidden from using my laptop, while other customers sitting right next to me used theirs freely. Unfair, discriminatory, and utterly unprofessional service. I will never set foot in this place again.

However, the most incomprehensible aspect was the treatment I received: after placing my order, I was forbidden from using my laptop, while other customers seated nearby could do so without any restrictions. This difference in treatment creates an impression of injustice and inconsistency in the rules applied. Overall, this experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism and consideration for customers. I do not plan to return to this establishment.
