Don't listen to the negative comments, they're false and just gratuitous meanness. The salon owner is wonderful, thank you so much Latifa ♥️, the service is superb, the hairdressers are very kind and professional. Big kisses to Rezlene 😉 I had a lovely time with her. The salon is old-fashioned and not up to current standards, but everything else is great. They'll also be opening a modern salon soon to welcome new clients, which will also be called Sheraton. The price reflects the quality of the service.

May God bless her, her service is great and everything they have is good – makeup, hair, everything. There's just one thing: the customer service needs to improve a bit because I went and the girl who was there didn't give me any time, which is inappropriate behavior towards a customer.

The manager's attitude is simply shocking. She shouts like a fishwife, completely shamelessly, in front of her customers because she can't stand even polite remarks. And to think I'd been going there almost every week for nearly a year! I was shocked by her disproportionate reaction. I usually only got blow-dries there, and I should have stuck to that. Blow-dries are fine, but they're not colorists. I paid 600 MAD for just bleaching the ends and then coloring them way too dark. Completely unnecessary, except for damaging my hair. I left with the same color I had when I went in, but she refuses to acknowledge it. I took the time to explain exactly what I wanted, and she kept insisting that I use henna and that it might turn out red. I told her it's fine if it turns out red, I'll accept it (I use aluminum-free henna and my last application was over five months ago, so I have no worries). But it didn't turn out red; it just came out with no color difference except for rough, damaged hair from a bleaching process that turned out to be completely unnecessary. If I wanted to achieve that dark brown at the ends, I could have done it myself with a 50-dirham box of Marjane henna and without damaging my hair. Having to explain this to a "hairdresser" is appalling. It's not like I didn't ask repeatedly if it would turn out too dark. But she doesn't care about the processing time; it's completely arbitrary, depending on the single shampoo station. Unfortunately, I had to wash someone else's hair to avoid missing out on a 1500 dirham protein treatment, so I'm stuck there waiting with a color that should have been left on for much less time. The result is way too dark, just as expected. Long story short: the botched color, no big deal; the inflated price, no big deal; but the aggression and lack of respect are absolutely intolerable! Seriously, avoid this place.

Thief, outrageous prices! Disastrous result. Spacious, dirty, and old. Right next door is a new hair salon called Mme Souad, cheaper and 100 times better. Don't waste your time and your hair!
