I especially appreciate their transparency: you can trust that they’ll use the products you request/agree upon, they won’t replace them without telling you. One of the best hair salons in Morocco! The staff are incredibly friendly and provide outstanding customer service. I got a perm done, and it was even better than the ones I’ve had in the US — truly impressive and very professional work. I also had my hair colored and cut, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. A special thank you to Mr. Amin — it felt like he read my mind! He knew exactly the color and haircut I wanted without me having to explain much. Thank you to the entire team for such an amazing experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Despite clearly requesting not to have my hair cut, the stylist went ahead and cut it twice. Additionally, I was pressured into applying heat to my bleached hair, even though I expressed my discomfort. The stylist was also quite rude and unprofessional at the end of the session. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service.

I did my hair so many times in this salon, and i always like it. The staff are nice and welcoming. If I had to wait they tell me exactly how many minutes and i never waited so long. I recommended the salon to some family members and friends and they had only good things to say about the salon and the staff.

This is my go to salon for any type of hair colouring or hair transformation as it is the one I always recommend. They are very professional, you can trust them with your hair they won’t let you down. In fact, they would care for it more than you would especially the owner with his expert advice.
