A huge thank you to the salon staff for their warm welcome and kindness! I called just before coming, even though the salon was about to close, and they still agreed to see me with a smile. Very disappointed by the lack of respect for the schedule. I drove 45 minutes specifically to get here, with an appointment set for 7 pm. At 7:35 pm, still no one had arrived, and I wasn't being seen. So I ended up leaving. It's a shame; respecting an appointment and your clients' time is the least you can do. But I guess that's normal here.
