Royal Tulip City Center Tanger

Just want to say what a beautiful service from the lovely chamber maid madam Hanan rachida very trust worthy, it was a pleasure having her cleaning our suite for two weeks all the staff here are very friendly, not to forget mr toufk managing director very helpful gentleman, should the opportunity arise again I would be staying here with no hesitation.

The hotel remains faithful to itself in terms of quality of service, well-equipped room, very clean, a good level of luxury offered by the bedding and furniture, good sound insulation between the rooms. professional reception staff like the restaurant staff and security. Well-equipped bathroom with good products and clean towels. Very varied and rich breakfast buffet satisfying almost all tastes in terms of quality and variety of foods can satisfy all diets. Although the quality/price ratio leans in favor of the price, I highly recommend it.

Nice view from the suite. The soundproofing is not as good as other 5 star hotels, you can hear the traffic, specially late at night. There is no coffee machine at all and the tea offering is rather meager. The room colors are lovely, the shower pressure is ok but there is no place to put the shampoo in the shower and the sink is very flat: not practical. On the plus side: the breakfast buffet is outstanding, the gym is enormous and looks like it has everything. The room service is great, the food is delicious and well presented and good value for the money.

Everything was excellent. The ideal location between the railway station, the beach and the City Center Mall. The room was wide enough, with a balcony offering a nice panorama. A rich breakfast buffet and a perfrct and helpful staff. However, I felt uncomfortable in a room without additional security door lock and the flat TV screen was too small for me (32 or 36 inch). These are details that a five-star hotel should consider.

The hotel is nice enough, however there are areas to improve upon. On our first morning, breakfast was chaotic and very disorganised made worse by the fact the coffee machines weren’t working. This did improve on day two. Breakfast itself was okay, but very catered towards sugary cakes etc. Personally I think more variety is required, particularly providing more carbs and protein. The room was very nice and a good size. On reflection, staying near the train station in the new town area was a mistake for us. The hotel is very far away from the main attractions in the centre of Tangier and congestion in the city can be very bad if you chose to get a taxi over there. Staff were however very friendly and helpful, they were very helpful and always making sure they provide great service. They did make the place. Overall good hotel, but more of a 4* and probably more suited to those on a business trip. Perhaps a little overpriced.

Thank you for this wonderful stay. I appreciated most the view from the balcony, not all the hotels have this beautiful view at the city, the railroad and station, and also a part of the sea view. The breakfast and dinner were delightful. Shout-out to the front desk girls, Mr Hassan and all the nice staff of the bellmen, the bouncers, and our lovely chef!

Best so services so far. Food was really great Hella tasty. And Ayoub at reception was very professional and eloquent. Highly recommend this hotel.
