I was very satisfied with my experience at this salon. The work was meticulous and professional, and the welcome was warm. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

I had an appointment at 4:30 PM, but I had to wait 45 minutes. The staff was on their lunch break, and no one apologized for the delay. The atmosphere was very unpleasant. The person who did my nails seemed inexperienced and worked sloppily. I was supposed to get a Russian manicure with semi-permanent polish, but the result was disastrous: the corners were poorly done, the cuticles weren't cleaned properly, and the application was very poorly executed. The pedicure was also unsatisfactory. Because of this experience, I do not recommend this salon.
