Riad Dar Rita

Nice staff, nice bedrooms and beautiful place, but the location makes it very unworthy to stay. It's in a very scary neighborhood where it is unadvisable to go by night and cars/taxis don't get there, so you have to walk through very darkened streets where people are constantly staring at you, specially if you are one or are in company of a non-Muslim woman. If you have to stay here, please, do yourself a favor and don't go out by night.

The charge for all the stay when I can arrive at time for medical reasons. Is normal to charge me the first night but all the stay buff!!! And is post for booking permiting a double booking when I inform the property and I decided not cancel the booking. I don't know what the coran say about that but I don't think nothing good. Imagine if the medical reason no was true the problem that they make... money money is the honey... the coran can wait.. ..€€... he he

Some of the best hospitality we have ever received. The guest house has everything you need and is clean and cosy in a great area. Highly recommend Dar Rita.

Beautiful space and a completely hidden gem from the outside. The guy in charge is a really friendly and welcoming individual. Even when I photo bombed him, he found out a lot later and actually went as far as celebrating it. Lovely personality! Parking initially seemed sketchy because you're asked to park in a residential square where locals just use it to fill their bottles of water from the well. When we first parked, some kids wanted to speak to us, which is what led us to think it was sketchy. It was actually fine though. To summarise the rest: Design is beautiful throughout the property including the room. Entrance service is lovely - very welcoming! Very hostel-like with beverages and shampoos etc. Internet is fastest I've seen in Morocco (70-90mb) and very reliable! Terrace is nice but very hot 😁 although the outside always smells bad so it's not recommended to spend time on the terrace. This is not anyone's fault, we just hope that our efforts are bringing cash to the community as the smell comes from the surrounding area. Breakfast and dinner were both sensational. We were left very full and still think about the great quality offered. Also, we were forced to turn off the air con at most times because there's a broken component that made it very loud. Otherwise it works incredibly well, just have very strong ear plugs if needed.

We were delighted with our stay at this riad: very clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, lovely decoration and extremely warm welcome. I would go back in a heartbeat. It would be great if they offered also an option for lunch.

An amazing small guesthouse in a very local quarter, friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Food is locally prepared, truly Moroccan and very tasty. Quiet during the night, offering the necessary comfort to the traveler.
