A really nice riad centrally located. The rooms are big and beautiful and have AC. Bathroom modern with plenty of hot water. The beds are really comfortable. There’s a pool on the rooftop but it’s not as big as it looks like on the photos. In fact it’s really small but we got in anyway since it was a hot day. It was nice and refreshing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good.

Terrible stay; the staff tried to scam us. Around 11 p.m., a receptionist we'd never seen before (probably the manager) asked us to pay extra for an adult because the room he'd sold us for three adults was actually a room for two adults and possibly a child. Furthermore, the parking they advertise on booking sites is a public parking lot: beware of dishonest attendants! Riad Zidania is absolutely to be avoided if you want to keep your money! Response: What a misleading response! To begin with, my wife and 19-year-old daughter came to your reception to check the availability of a room for three people. Your receptionist offered, and I emphasize this point, to show us the rooms and let us choose the one that suited us. Moreover, when we picked up the keys, we filled out the police registration forms, which included my daughter's date of birth. So you had the documents (and even our passports, which you photocopied). For those reading this message, I want to clarify that the manager waited until we returned to the Riad after our nighttime tour of the city to point out the mistake. He was very courteous at the time. He clearly stated that he would sort it out and that we weren't obligated to pay the extra charge. Imagine our surprise the next morning when he handed us the bill, including the extra charge! As for the "scandal" we caused, please understand that insulting your customers is bad for business. When you make a mistake, you must take responsibility for it without the customer having to suffer the consequences. It's a matter of professionalism and principle. Oh, and finally, you weren't the one being targeted regarding the parking. I want to warn people that they should be fully informed about the entire package, which includes your services and those of the surrounding area.

Spacious rooms with air conditioning, a cozy terrace, and a very central location. Excellent breakfast. The staff at the Riad are exceptionally friendly. Highly recommended for its value.

To disconnect from real life

The riad wasn't too bad at first glance! However, there was no follow-up to even basic requests. Really disappointed.
