Great service by Yousseff at reception. Such a lovely place to stay, and the breakfast is amazing. Could not ask for better service at such a reasonable price. All the staff are very helpful and will help you plan your stay in Marrakesh, and any excursion you want to do in Morocco. The friendly staff even arranged transport back to the airport. Will 100% stay here again!

This is in the heart of Medina which is Marrakechs old town. Safe, close to everything and great service. Rooms are simple, but unique Moroccan style. It even has A/C for summer time. Service is amazing.

Came here by myself with no cash and a credit card that can’t even take out money because I didn’t set up a PIN. Oussama was the one who welcomed me, but a special thanks to Abdo who went ABOVE and BEYOND to make my visit memorable. It wasn’t part of his job description to show me around the Medina but he took out his personal time to show me. Even places that took card (which was hard to find). I was scared to go out by myself because some of the places did not appear in google maps. Especially the narrow alleys ways that cuts through. The hotel provided AMAZING services and made me feel safe as a solo female traveler. If you guys are to ever visit, please be kind and respectful to my boy Abdo. He provides exceptional services. Thank you SO much for everything. Will try to visit in the future! :)

I had booked a vacation package with edreams. The borders of Marocco closed and I could not go there anymore not because of choice but because of the local restrictions. The airplane company (vueling) offered to give a refund, while L'Oriental Medina Riad & Spa communicated to edreams they did not want to offer me either a refund or a voucher I could use later on. VERY POOR SERVICE, I LOST ALL MY MONEY and received no support from the hotel staff. In a moment like this I would expect a bit of comprehension and at least offer me the possibility to go back at another time of the year. I will divulgate this feedback as much as possible on all travel platforms till I receive something back from the hotel. Especially because I should be protected by laws like the art. 41 of the Tourism Code and the article 1463 of the civil code which explicitly say that if there is the impossibility to honour the contract from one of the parties the contract should be cancelled and a reimbursement should be offered. VERY DISAPPOINTED

After entering down some narrow alleys off a busy street, what a lovely place to find in the middle of the outside chaos. Good food on the menu and friendly staff who helped us find the things we wanted to see. Well done!

Clean rooms, aesthetic architecture, adequate breakfast..

We spent four nights at this riad, one before and three after a tour. All the staff were very friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was varied and very good. The rooms are very nice, however, due to the building's construction, they are quite noisy and a bit damp in March. The bathroom facilities don't quite meet European standards, but they were very clean. We found the location in the heart of the medina very appealing. However, a few signs to guide you through the labyrinthine entrance to the hotel would be helpful.

A very beautiful and clean riad, with kind and attentive staff who gave us excellent advice on how to get around and behave from the moment we arrived. It's in the medina, just steps from Ben Youssef Palace and a few minutes from the main square. It's a little difficult to find without a map, and there are many people outside the riad who harass tourists, but just ignore them. The riad organizes many excursions with private drivers, and there's the option of using the spa. The breakfast is plentiful, the room is clean and equipped with every comfort.
