Riad Norma

Absolutely stunning Riad. Just inside the Medina but well away from the action. The internals are gorgeous and rooms large and well-appointed. Owner Monique was very welcoming, and the rest of the staff were very helpful when we needed anything. My only tiny comment, would have liked a savoury option at breakfast (maybe eggs). Was more sweet based but still lovely. They have 2 house cats!

My stay at the Riad Norma has been nothing but superb, me and my girlfriend have nothing but great things to say about this place. Their generosity, kindness, and customer service is fantastic. Their complimentary breakfast is also very good and they are located in the perfect spot where you can walk to the markets / Madina. Thank you Riad Norma and we can’t thank you enough!

This was the best hotel I recall ever staying. It's a riad, not really a hotel. It's an Arab version of a Spanish villa, with a beautiful courtyard and garden inside the property. There are only 6 rooms, and each of them is flawlessly well maintained. The staff is also small but everybody consistently interacts with you. Monique, the owner, is a welcoming French lady who welcomes you like no other place. The place went through extensive renovation a while ago but maintenance is so good that it still looks new. It has heat pumps and AC, an amazing breakfast, and a fantastic rooftop with a great 360-degree view. Location-wise, it is right in the medina, but literally 150 m from one of the Babs (external gates). This place is highly recommendable.

If you love music this place is a gem, it’s peaceful and relax to rest and have lovely breakfast in the morning and have interesting conversations with host directly with bottle on wine - highly recommended

We just returned from a 4-night stay at Riad Norma. The riad is magnificent, located in a very quiet neighborhood yet close to the Medina. The decor is beautiful, in true Moroccan style, and our room was spacious and very well-equipped. As for the welcome, Monique and her team were there for us and at our service. A place to recommend without hesitation for a stay in Fez.

The riad was simply fantastic! We were so impressed and highly recommend it. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was beautifully presented every morning and delicious, featuring regional specialties. The location was excellent.

A magical place! Beautiful, well-maintained, and run by a discreet, efficient, and very friendly team. Monique, the charming owner, has transformed this riad, which had been dormant for about twenty years, and the result is perfect. We loved it.
