Amazing staff. Just ask and they will help you with anything. I forgot my nice sunglasses in the lobby and they kept them safe for me. The breakfast is great and they told me to eat even though my booking said it was without a breakfast. Beautiful rooms. It's a few minutes walk from the #15 bus to Volubilis (7 MAD one way).
