Disappointing place! The reviews and rating made me choose this place, which was a nightmare. It's certainly visually appealing because everything seems new and renovated, but absolutely nothing works! As soon as we arrived, we asked for the air conditioning remote control since it was a bit chilly and the rooms have no windows to the outside, so no light or sun. We were told it didn't work (even though they are brand new) and that if it was cold, there were blankets. Too bad a cold room for a shower isn't ideal. I asked for a hairdryer, but there wasn't one. The rooms are tiny cubicles, barely big enough for the bed, which is barely a queen-size, and is wedged into the wall on three sides. The sheets are made of synthetic chenille, and the pillows are the same ones used for decoration on the bed: small, high, and hard, and you have to put them yourself in a synthetic purple pillowcase. The shower is in the middle of the bathroom, which is brand new, but after two minutes of showering, the floor was completely flooded due to a clogged drain. So the bathroom was unusable from there, so we went down to reception and the manager replied that we should have tried raising the drain to try and get the water to drain. Realizing our blunder, he went up, but in the end I asked for another room. At 9:00 in the morning, during breakfast, we started seeing a throng of builders hammering and grinding away at everything on the top-floor terrace. After ten minutes, the power went out. We had gone back to our room to pack our bags, so I went out and pointed out that we were in complete darkness given the windowless rooms, without any lights (which, incidentally, would also provide hot water from the boiler for some guests who might be showering). And I replied that, of course, because they were doing the work. So, no, we packed our bags using the light from our cell phones and left. Never again! Wanting to host people and make money from it when you know the inconvenience of a renovation is a choice, not an accident that happens.

The interior design and the view from this riad are incredible. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this establishment 😊 The welcome was very warm, the room is spacious and very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the riad is very well located! Thank you so much for everything!
