Very cool and beautiful features

I didn't see it from the inside, but it's very beautiful.

I had a wonderful stay here during my visit to Marrakech, I felt so at home! All the staff are very welcoming and attentive; they were ready to assist me with anything I needed. The hammam and massage is a must and the food was delicious. As expected from some of the reviews I read before I went, the wifi isn't great in the room. I didn't mind so much as I took this as an opportunity to be present and take in the beautiful scenery. The rooftop was my favourite hangout place. Besides it works fine once you're outside the room. The Riad is in a great location in the medina on a quiet side street so very easy to navigate. Be sure to book the airport transfer through them as it just makes life so much easier. Thank you to Sofia, Nadia, Mohammed, Habiba and the rest of the team for making my stay so enjoyable :)

I booked via Hotel Tonight. Both their map and Google map are inaccurate, so I struggled to find the location. I ended up surrounded by a group of extremely aggressive young men who wanted to "guide" me in exchange for cash. As I had no coins or bills, I told them I could not pay them, which resulted in them turning increasingly aggressive as I was trying to ask for directions in shops and from people in the street. I retreated to a nearby coffee shop, 150m from the entrance according to the map. Nobody had ever heard of this place there, so I tried to call the Riad and ask for somebody to come and fetch me. Nobody picked up the phone. I called 4 times. Over 20 minutes. So I turned to the website which has some kind of automatic redirect: once you choose the language, you are redirected to a homepage with several useful links, except as soon as the page has finished loading you are taken automatically to a booking system hosted on a third party platform, with no links whatsoever to either maps or contacts. Bottom line: I had to make another booking, and would not recommend solo traveller to try to find the hotel by themselves, especially when it's dark. GPS does not work, maps are inaccurate, and unfortunately there are groups of people making a business of "guiding" tourists, and if you happen to have no cash or if you are not willing to pay whatever they think is reasonable you will end up physically and verbally threatened.

Great staff and a wonderful little escape from Marrakech.

A superb riad in a great location. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Special mention to Nadia who guided us and gave us great advice on things to do in Marrakech. The breakfast is excellent, with fresh products. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back. See you soon!
