A wonderful experience. The food is good, the service of the employees is unmatched, the place is a real charm.

Brand new riad- very close and convenient to Jemaa El-Fnaa square. The hotel itself was very nicely detailed and the highlight was the staff. The management and staff spoke excellent English, and were very focused on our comfort and experience. Included a continental breakfast which was excellent as well. Highly recommend!

Hotel staff are super cordial, helpful, and reasonable. Receptionists speak French and English fluently. As with all hotels in Marrakesh they prefer cash. The hotel itself is beautifully designed. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, AC works well. Third beds were also comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient, better than most places we had been. Location is close to Jemaa Al Fna but on a quiet dead-end so you don’t feel it at all. Relatively safe even after dark. We also tried the in-house spa, cost seemed to be standard tourist prices for Marrakesh. However we found the experience varied significantly between attendants: my friend had a pampering experience whereas I left properly exfoliated but very stressed from the hour and a half. Would return for the rooms (but not for the spa!)

It was my first time in Marrakech, and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. Location: really central and easily reachable with taxi or by foot. Walking distance to the famous square of Jemaa el-Fnaa. Although the location is excellent, but as the Riad is in a side street, there is no noise in the day or night, so you can sleep well. Beauty: One of the most beautiful places I have stayed ever. Photos or text does not do justice to the real beauty. The terrace is really nice and peaceful. Breakfast there in the morning is really relaxing. Service: The staff is really warm, helpful and smiling all the time. Service is also excellent. Breakfast: really tasty, filling, and served with lot of love. The fresh croissants and the orange juice is just amazing. Highly recommend and I will definitely come and stay again.

Our stay at Riad Atlas Palace was truly remarkable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. Leila and Khadija greeted us with smiles that instantly made us feel at home, and Sharifa, with her long hair, was always attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The Riad itself is a masterpiece, meticulously maintained and entirely hand-painted—truly a work of art. Every day, the cleanliness was impeccable, and we loved the fresh, fragrant scent that greeted us each time we returned. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided and all the beauty products restocked, which was a lovely touch. Abdullah played a crucial role in making our stay seamless. He not only provided a warm welcome but also went the extra mile by helping us get SIM cards so we could stay connected throughout our trip—a service we truly appreciated. Breakfast each morning was a delight, offering a rich variety of both savory and sweet options. There were plenty of choices, from Western dishes to traditional Moroccan delicacies. And as Italians, we were especially pleased with the hot, aromatic espressos served to us every morning. The airport transfer organized by Mohamed was smooth and hassle-free, allowing us to start our vacation without any worries. It was comforting to have everything taken care of right from the moment we landed. A highlight of our trip was the private journey to Ouarzazate, organized by the Riad. Our driver, Hossam, who was around our age, made the journey truly enjoyable. We discovered Moroccan trap and rap music, which made the trip even more memorable, and it was fascinating to see how young people engage with such a different culture. The Riad also offers various excursions, including quad biking in the Palmeraie Desert and a camel ride with dinner in the Agafay Desert. Additionally, they arranged for us a relaxing hammam experience with a couple’s massage at a hammam of our choice. Yassine, the young man who assisted with our luggage, was efficient and friendly, ensuring our arrival and departure were effortless. Special mention goes to Said, who was always available at night, even when we returned late at 2 AM. His presence provided us with a sense of security and comfort during our stay. In summary, Riad Atlas Palace is a beautiful retreat in Marrakech, offering top-notch services, a stunning ambiance, and a prime location just minutes from the city's main attractions. The staff’s dedication to making our stay memorable is something we will always cherish. If you are planning a trip to Marrakech, Riad Atlas Palace is the perfect choice—you won’t be disappointed.

The best stay we could have asked for- I booked this riad for my wifes birthday- and they surprised her with such wonderful decorations! The staff are just like a family and attended to our every needs. We were so looked after and would come here everytime we come to Marrakesh! Best location! Literally around the corner from the main market. And people are so nice around the neighbour hood!

Had a great time during our Morocco stay in Riad Atlas Palace. I was looking for more traditional kind of hotel (Riad) in Marrakech. So glad I was suggested this hotel. Great service. The manager Moulay and the employees really take good care of you. This is walking distance from Jemaa El Fnaa so no need for a car. Great location inside the Medina. Highly recommended. I would definately stay here again.
