On the first day, the staff was friendly, which initially gave us a positive impression. Unfortunately, this quickly changed: In the following days, the staff became increasingly unfriendly, and our complaints were barely addressed. The room was very disappointing – it had no windows, was damp, and the air conditioner leaked constantly. There was visible mold on the walls, and the sink leaked continuously. We reported these issues several times, but the staff ignored us. Nothing was done to improve the situation. Breakfast was also disappointing: The bread was simply reheated from the previous day, and the selection was extremely limited. We had expected significantly more from a riad of this category. Overall, our four-day stay was very unpleasant. For the price and our expectations, it was a huge disappointment. We would unfortunately not recommend this accommodation.

Excellent location and value for money. We only stayed one night, but it was a great choice. It's located right in the heart of the Medina. You can walk to all the main attractions. The Grand Souk is a 4-minute walk away, etc. The best part is getting lost among the shops and workshops in the narrow streets of the small souk. The Riad is very peaceful. The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was very complete and typical of Morocco. The staff is very friendly. In addition to the hotel price, there is a €1 tourist tax per person per night. You can pay it in euros or dirhams. Highly recommended.

The riad is located in the historic district of Tangier. Very clean, the staff are extremely kind. A welcome tea with a Moroccan pastry and breakfast are served on the top-floor terrace, overlooking the city rooftops.

Staying at this riad was exceptional, allowing us to fully experience Tangier. It's located in the medina and not far from the port. The place has been completely renovated, traditional yet contemporary. It was impeccably clean. The staff was welcoming and attentive. They even offered us a welcome mint tea.

The riad is in the medina but close to one of the entrances from the main square, so it was very well connected. Everything was new, and I would highlight the cleanliness, the air conditioning, and the very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Excellent location within the medina, but not hard to find. The staff is superb, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast is top-notch. I will definitely return.
