I had a fantastic experience at Retro Club Restaurant in Essaouira. The food was absolutely delicious — everything tasted incredibly fresh, carefully prepared, and full of flavour. Their grilled dishes are cooked in a healthy, balanced way and paired with amazing homemade sauces that really make the meal special. Dining here genuinely feels like enjoying a home-cooked meal in a welcoming Moroccan family home. One thing I really appreciated was the variety on the menu. Whether you’re looking for traditional Moroccan dishes or Western favourites, there’s something for everyone, and honestly, you’re spoilt for choice. They also offer excellent vegan and vegetarian options, which makes it a great spot for all kinds of diners. The team were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout the experience, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant itself has a cool modern decor that adds to the overall vibe without losing its authentic charm. I highly recommend Retro Club Restaurant to anyone visiting Essaouira and looking for fresh, high-quality food, friendly service, and a memorable dining experience.

Amazing food. Amazing atmosphere. They also dont put too much salt in the food. Their juices are authentic and good quality. The decor is beautiful. My wife and I had a wonderful time here. Highly recommended.

Excellent vegetarian and vegan food. Great taste, many options of food, clean, welcoming, place. Retro Cafe turned out to be a family run place with the chef being the mom of the guy who was taking orders and serving. They were all friendly and nice. We had falafel burrito, vegetarian bowl, morrocan salad, hummus platter, veggie burger. Every item was delicious, good portion size and the dips with every item of food was yummy. Staff was very nice too! Highly recommend!

Amazing little place with delicious food. Friendly staff and options for everyone. We especially enjoyed the ginger soup and chicken pastilla.

Portions are huuge!! Yummy food & good vibes 🥰only thing that was a bit disappointing was our starters came out at the same time as our mains haha but other than that it’s SO good! I’ll miss it …
