Restinga Residence apartments for rent

The apartment is spacious, comprising two bedrooms with four beds, a shower and a private toilet, a comfortable living room with a television, a lovely balcony with a table and four chairs, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. The hotel offers numerous advantages, including its proximity to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment and beds were also spotless, and above all, the receptionist, Mr. Ayoub, was incredibly welcoming. I am extremely grateful for his helpfulness and attentiveness; he took excellent care of us. The stay was very pleasant, and I look forward to returning.

For a so-called hotel, bring your own shampoo because they don't provide any. Room cleaning is only done upon request, which is unbelievable for a hotel. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The service is appalling; I had to wait until the next day to get bath towels. If you go, avoid room 1; it faces the street and is very noisy. Absolutely avoid this place; sleeping under the stars is preferable.

I'm giving it 3 stars because of the poor location, too much noise day and night, and an inadequate shower. However, the service is good, and the apartment is clean. Overall, it's suitable for people who just want to be near the beach. Prices range from 200 to 450 dirhams; avoid during peak season.

Hotel with a sea view, a very quiet place in my opinion; we were never bothered by cars or anything else. 20 euros per night for two people. The studio is clean and pleasant. The downsides are that the water heater is extremely dangerous, the bathroom... well, you could practically sit on the toilet while showering. The sink wasn't very clean, and the Wi-Fi doesn't reach the apartments on the third floor; you can only get a signal in the hallway.

The best of the best. Great location. Very clean. Beachfront. Beautiful sunrise. Insulated windows. Electric blinds. Air conditioning. Everything is brand new or recently renovated. Mohamed is super friendly. I will definitely return. My go-to place. Easy parking nearby.

We booked a stay at Résidence Restinga Martil and it was unpleasant. After viewing the photos on Booking.com, we expected the same experience, however, when we arrived at reception, there was no one to greet us. Once in the room, there was a sewer smell. There were four of us, and we were given a room with only one bed, and on top of a wardrobe were torn mattresses. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower smelled terrible, and the drainage was awful. Contrary to what is advertised, the establishment does not have Wi-Fi. To get hot water, you have to ask reception to turn on the water heater. We took photos to show you how the pictures on the website do not correspond to reality at all.

The quality of the bed absolutely needs to be improved; it's like sleeping on a rock. There's an infernal noise when you open the windows, and when you close them, it's impossible to breathe. An experience I won't repeat 😞 …

The room for two people is very small, including the shower. There's no air conditioning and a lot of noise from outside. Housekeeping wasn't there to service our room either.
