The food was decent, just lacking in sanitation in all the dishes.

The truth is, the entrance is very narrow and inconspicuous considering how big the place is once you're inside. I walked right past it looking for it. Looking at the menu, I saw it was expensive, more like Spanish prices than Moroccan ones. There are much cheaper options in Nador for the same quality, although the decor and ambiance aren't the same; they're much simpler. I ordered the cheapest thing I saw: the Moroccan salad (which came with tuna—I think it's the first time I've seen that in Morocco) and the couscous with beef. Everything was delicious, especially the huge amount of couscous... I almost finished it all; four spoonfuls were enough to fill me up. The meat was delicious, especially since it was so close to the bone (it even came with a piece of bone). I'd say, less grain and more meat, or rather, give me a better bone... The best part is the ceiling decoration, which features typical Islamic geometric latticework patterns. It's incredible that someone could design something so complex...

I ate there two days ago in January. I had chicken beldi and fish soup. It was terrible. The chicken was cold; it looked like they'd cooked it a few days ago. I tasted a small piece with the sauce, of course. I told the guy behind the counter to keep an eye on the cooks. This is ridiculous. Cold chicken that looks like a piece of cardboard. Yuck. Just pay, no shame. 🤢 Severe stomach and intestinal pain in the evening. Been on medication for two days now. You've been warned, people. I, for one, will never eat there. 🤮

Excellent restaurant. The Moroccan salad and monkfish with garlic were delicious. The service was quick, efficient, and attentive to the customer.

Bad costumer service

I had my meal delivered to the Mercure Hotel. It was excellent, very generous portions, and inexpensive. There was enough food for three people, even though I was alone. The delivery driver arrived on time, and everything was piping hot. Very happy with my first order.
