Our visit to Casa Harris last week was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences we've had. While the food was acceptable, the service and atmosphere were completely unacceptable. One waitress treated her colleagues with arrogance and disrespect, acting as if she owned the place. To make matters worse, members of the staff started arguing loudly in front of customers, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. We came with high expectations because of the glowing reviews, but the reality was completely different. If this is the standard of service, then the ratings are seriously misleading. The food alone cannot make up for such poor professionalism and chaotic behavior. POV: Don't believe everything you read in the reviews.
