I did not receive respectful treatment from the staff. The service was very poor, and the room was dusty. Even the breakfast was not as agreed upon. I do not recommend this place at all.

This place positions itself as an expensive high-quality restaurant. As a result, the menu consists of sets. You cannot choose a separate dish. If you come together, you can't order one set and share it. Even if the second person orders the drinks. The second guest will not be given cutlery, they will be rude and swear. That is, the number of sets should correspond to the number of guests and nothing else. The quality of the food is very low. All the dishes are made from the cheapest products. And it's not just tasteless, it's impossible to eat! And all this despite the fact that prices are more than 2 times higher than prices in good restaurants in the city. I consider this a brazen deception and theft! Avoid this hole if you don't want to spoil your mood and digestion!! I hope my review will save people who are attracted to pictures on the Internet. I have never seen such a boorish and disrespectful attitude in restaurants anywhere in the world! It's a shame for such a beautiful city!

We’ve got talked into going there, blended by the nice location, we decided to eat there. The place was empty, should have been our first warning sign. The service was good until they wanted to go home. They started playing really loud and hectic music, making it unpleasant. The food was really disappointing. Extremely greasy, the main course was ok but not good or well seasoned. For the price of 550 dirham for 2 people, it should have tasted better. The only good thing, was the size of the mixed salad portion. But at the end of the day it felt like extreme food waste, since it’s way too much for 2 people. Overall: Totally overpriced, not worth it. You can get definitely better and cheaper food at other places.

Palais Bab Sahra is like a real palace – stunning interior and traditional Moroccan charm. The food was excellent, full of flavor, and the live traditional music made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommended if you're in Fes.

A claim to haute cuisine with unwashed hands. The worst restaurant I've ever visited. The service is in a beautiful room, but worse than a roadside eatery. I am sure, having the ambitions of a haute cuisine establishment, he is proud of himself to such an extent that it is very rash not to notice any shortcomings. Serving dishes so skillfully, taking care of cleanliness and sanitation, and lovingly placing toothpicks in food in dirty packaging - even restaurants with a star did not guess this. Without further ado, your food gave me food poisoning. I will never, ever come here again and will not advise anyone. Don't buy into the deceptive look of the place. P.S Pay attention to the manager's response, where he will not miss the chance to emphasize his individuality and uniqueness of the institution. But tourists are not blind. Unfortunately very disappointed with our dinner here tonight. While the building is beautiful and the rooftop terrace has excellent views, I cannot recommend eating here, just come for a drink and enjoy the view on the rooftop! While excited by vegan options on the menu and a good looking three course menu the service and food was a major letdown. The waiters were inattentive and showed very little grace in setting tables and bringing food out - just dump it all on the table. We ordered drinks with the meal that never came. The waiter was on the phone and taking photos near our table which was strange and unprofessional. The soup entree was okay but nothing to write home about, tasted warmed up and not too fresh. The vegetarian pastilla was very bland, have had much better ones at other restaurants in Fes. To their credit the beef and caramelised tomato tajine was great, best of the food ordered. Dessert really put the nail in the coffin when we were served whole fruit (banana, apple and orange) on plate and on a serving tray which was just plonked on the table. To not even cut fruit for the dessert on a 200dh set menu we find quite appalling, you could go buy this fruit yourself in the Medina for a few dh. Overall a big let down. Don’t be fooled by the beautiful interior, although you should definitely come here to enjoy it, just know the service and food don’t match the look and the price is certainly not worth it.

The interior design of this restaurant looked like a real palace to us that we took hundreds of photos inside. We had an early dinner and there were only 2 tables of customers including mine. Service was attentive since there were not many customers at the time we visited. However the waiters said during peak seasons, the whole restaurant would be full of customers. Food was slightly above average with delicate presentations like any fine dining restaurants. However the prices were surprisingly low. I had 2 soups, 2 main dishes and 3 drinks, the bill was less than 800 dirham. After we finished the meal, one of the waiters showed us around and introduced the restaurant, and took photos for us actively. The view at the rooftop was stunning and the service delivered was absolutely amazing too.

Good restaurant with good view and amazing décoration. But you do feel the tourist trap. There are only menu, the cocktails are not good and as pricey as in a European city, the dessert was : 2 oranges, 2 apples and 2 bananas in a plate... It is not bad but Im sure there are better restaurant in Fés
