Restaurant Al-Bahr

Extremely friendly service. We really appreciated being able to choose our fish right there; they explained everything to us, threw in a little something extra, and we left thrilled. The only thing I’d change about the food next time is that one fish was a bit too salty, and on our second visit, the other was cooked a little longer than necessary, but overall, we’re satisfied even after several visits.

Excellent seafood, super fresh and possibilities to select food and cooking style. Then very well prepared. Great staff support and recommendations. Plates and cutlery could be nevertheless better cleaned and dried.

This restaurant was very busy in the afternoon. Not too spacious but full of people. Most chose sandwiches. The menu was in Spanish and Arabic, and phone signal was very poor inside so Google translate didn't work well. The service was very good. The food was pretty good, but there appear not specially attractive dishes.

What a good place! Flexible menu, mostly very fresh seafood; I had sautéed fish of the day with a gigantic salad. The breads are tasty too, including whole wheat. Staff is friendly and speaks lots of languages. Big bonus: a/c! And they take credit cards unlike nearly everyone else in Tetouan. Very clean with a huge second floor.
