A Royal Experience at Demeures d’Orient – Luxurious Stay & Incredible Spa! Our stay at Demeures d’Orient Riad & Spa was an unforgettable experience that combined luxury, comfort, and authentic Moroccan charm. From the stunning decor to the peaceful ambiance, everything about this place made us feel like royalty. When we first arrived, we had a slight challenge during check-in as the staff member who welcomed us wasn’t very fluent in English, which led to a bit of confusion. However, once the main host arrived, communication became smooth and the language barrier was no longer an issue. From that point onward, everything was absolutely wonderful. The riad itself is breathtaking—elegantly designed, immaculately clean, and filled with the kind of atmosphere that instantly relaxes you. It truly felt like stepping into a hidden palace in the heart of Marrakech. One of the highlights of our stay was their beautiful in-house spa. The traditional hammam and massage experience was beyond incredible—Zoe and Hanna were absolutely amazing. They were so professional and made sure we felt comfortable and rejuvenated. The treatment was so relaxing and therapeutic that I went twice during our stay—each time was pure bliss and left my body feeling renewed. If you’re looking for a place that offers true Moroccan luxury, serene vibes, and top-notch spa experiences, Demeures d’Orient Riad & Spa is the perfect choice. Aside from the minor check-in issue, everything else was flawless. We highly recommend it and would love to return!

Staying with Zoe and the team was just fantastic. The Riad is absolutely stunning- a peaceful oasis within the Medina. The Riad has a beautifully designed pool, a rooftop for enjoying a sundowner or catching some rays and each of the rooms is uniquely designed. The team at the Riad are the biggest highlight- no request is too big or too small and they treat you as you as if you are family. The food and beverage is great- breakfast every morning was a real highlight and the lunch and dinner menu is authentic and well priced. Overall a perfect experience- you won’t regret staying here and we will be back again!

Looks like a great riad. Guess we'll never know. I apparently booked two rooms directly through their website. Never had to pay a deposit or got any sort of confirmation to the email provided. Naturally, I wanted to confirm the rooms so I'm not in Marrakech without logging. Emailed twice, called twice, and filled out the contact form on their website twice with no response. Pretty strange for an apparent "5 star hotel".

We got a great deal on the hotel room by connecting with Zoe (owner) directly. She was very helpful and responsive over whatsapp. This was really important for us since many places in marrakech does not speak English. The fireplace in the room was super cozy each night. The riad space was also romantic in the evenings. The location is a little hard to find and sometimes larger taxis will have difficulty pulling up to the address, but it wasn't a huge problem for us.

Amazing spa and hamman experience. I had a massage with Ouidad, who was exceptionally professional and caring. I recommend it 100%
