Private Hospital Of Casablanca, Aîn Sebaâ.

I went to the hospital last night, on 08/01/2026, around 21:00, as an emergency case. I had a heart problem, a fever of 40°C, I was trembling and couldn’t walk, I was vomiting, and I had difficulty breathing. The nurse gave me a paracetamol injection and told me to wait for the doctor to see my case. The doctor arrived after 30 minutes or more because there was only one doctor on duty during the night shift in the entire hospital. I was shocked. People can die while waiting for a doctor to become available. This is a private hospital where patients pay money, yet the level of care was unacceptable. It was a very bad experience, and I will never go back there.

Stopped by for some pain issues with no appointment. Spent 4.5 hours in urgency ward. Care was good. Nurses were competent. Zachariah was an absolute star! His English, his gentle manner and his attention to details showed through. My trip to the restroom was tough, no paper, no soap, wet floor, bad smell. The daytime doc was kind and concerned, the night doc was not so much. Based on my situation, more blood tests could have been conducted for additional answers. But I was given prescriptions for pain and referred to go see a specialist. No answers to my presenting issues. Sort of a waste of time Good care. Good prices. Best thing- Zach the nurse Worst thing- Disgusting toilet room

All my big thanks to all the staff of this Hospital for all their support and help especially the intensive care teams and also the dokters. They are amazing top teams/humain and professionals and they have saved my life back again Hamdoullah. Keep the same!! Except 1 service that need to be corrected asap, when you are calling for a emergency and asking for ambulance the guys on the phone don't take you seriously and look like they don't care..may be my bad if I was falling on the wrong guys on the phone..I don't know..but I has taking a big risk to drive my car in order to arrive there with my wife and kids.

I’m giving 5 starts to this hospital cause everything during my stay there was perfect after the delivery. I would like to thank first my doctor Khadija Ennaqui she helped me and the baby a lot 🙏 And I would thank Ayoub , Hafssa and another guy I forgot his name they were with me and surgery area . Thank you Chaimae and Rajae . I would thank the nurses and the cleaning staff also in that hospital They treated me as a princess same for my daughter Sabrina . Thank you again all of you 🙏

My mother was admitted here recently after a health crisis and i cannot say thank you enough to all the medical team and staff for their work ethic . I was quite worried considering i am overseas and could not get back to check on her . but every time we spoke she mentioned how pleased she is with the place . Not only does the clinic has a great facility and competent medical staff that will get to the root of the problem , but their level of care and attention to detail is superb ! my mother was well taken care of physically AND emotionally too which helped a lot in her journey to recovery . Thank you so much ! would definitely recommend this clinic
