A very bad experience, unfortunately. Even the water was always empty. I asked someone to bring me a bottle of water, but no one wanted to. And the worst part was, during the pedicure, she cut my finger, and despite the blood, she continued without reacting or apologizing. The staff didn't even smile. Zero communication. The girl at the hammam, Kenza, was nice, but the esthetician needs to learn how to do her job. I had a pedicure and she didn't even do a manicure. It was as if the service was free. I really regretted it.

A very bad experience. I made an appointment by phone for a hammam, and it was confirmed. Once there, I was told there was no appointment under my name and that they had never made a reservation with me. In addition to this complete lack of organization, the person I spoke to on the phone was very rude and refused to acknowledge their mistake, saying it wasn't their fault. Unprofessional service, unpleasant reception. I absolutely do not recommend it.
