The same is true for both of your shops, Plaisir Marocain and Plaisir Sucré. The first point, and certainly the most shocking, is the complete absence of price displays. This is unacceptable. Prices must be clearly indicated so that every customer can shop with complete transparency. Having to ask the price of each product is particularly unpleasant and leaves a feeling of a lack of transparency, bordering on deceptive practices. Without clear displays, one even ends up wondering if the prices are the same for everyone or if they vary depending on the customer. The customer service also needs improvement. In such reputable shops, frequented by tourists, one expects to be greeted with a smile, friendliness, and a genuine sense of service. Unfortunately, the situation is identical in both stores. The young saleswomen seem to lack experience in customer relations, and some appear completely uninterested! While not questioning the good intentions of some of them, they would benefit from more supervision and training from a more experienced manager to provide a level of service befitting your stores' reputation. It's truly regrettable, because your products attract visitors, but the lack of transparency regarding pricing and the poor quality of service significantly detract from the customer experience. I've been there several times, and the observation is always the same!

Excellent quality Moroccan pastries. I thoroughly enjoyed them.

The cakes were really delicious and perfectly portioned. This is my first order and I will be back, God willing.
