She's arrogant, narcissistic, and boasts about her knowledge and expertise, claiming to be the one who teaches pharmacists. But knowledge without ethics, humility, compassion, and good treatment of people is worthless. Miss Aziza, on the other hand, is incredibly humble, helpful, and patient, and she tries her best to explain things simply. The pharmacy owner taught Aziza everything she knows about pharmacy, but the owner hasn't learned good manners from her.
