The woman you've put at the reception desk of this pharmacy has no business being there. She makes inappropriate comments and is disrespectful. She questions specialist prescriptions and the patient's opinion, even though the patient knows better than she does what they're suffering from. This woman definitely doesn't belong in a pharmacy!
