An extremely shocking experience. I have never witnessed such a lack of professionalism and respect from a pharmacist. She rejected a valid prescription, claiming there were erasures, and then spoke to my grandmother with unacceptable contempt, even calling her a "drug addict." Seeing an elderly person leave the pharmacy in tears because of such hurtful words is appalling. A healthcare professional is supposed to support and reassure patients, not humiliate them. This experience deeply shocked me, and I strongly advise against using this pharmacy for anyone who expects to be treated with dignity and respect.
