The worst pharmacy in the world, completely unprofessional, no courtesy or respect.

Following a visit to the emergency room, I presented myself with a prescription for urgent treatment. Having already obtained part of the medication from another pharmacy three days prior, I was missing only one drug. They categorically refused to dispense it, offering the only solution: to return to a closed pharmacy in the middle of the night. This irresponsible behavior is contrary to the mission of an on-call pharmacy. I am very disappointed.

A very bad experience at this pharmacy on a Saturday afternoon. Seeing the illuminated signs on the main avenue, I assumed it was open. Once there, I asked for medication, but the pharmacist aggressively told me they were closed and referred me to an on-call pharmacy. When I mentioned that the lights gave the impression the pharmacy was still open, he reacted with contempt and irritation, even telling me he didn't care about me or the other passersby. He even became threatening, which made me hesitate to call the police, but due to lack of time, I decided to leave. His own words suggest that several people before me had encountered the same problem, as he said, "Many of you have been bothering me these past few hours." This behavior is completely unacceptable for a healthcare professional. I strongly advise against this pharmacy for anyone seeking a minimum of respect and professionalism.
