Regarding this pharmacy: It was Sunday, and I urgently needed formula for my baby. I called in the morning but got no answer. Around 10:00 AM, I finally got through. I explained my situation, and I was curtly told that the formula wasn't available. I asked if it was possible to order it, and they told me they were out of stock without offering any solution. After insisting, they said yes. Ten minutes later, they called me back only to repeat, in an unpleasant and disrespectful tone, that the formula was out of stock, without offering any assistance. In contrast, another pharmacy, on the same day, showed respect, listened attentively, and was professional, and ordered the formula immediately. When it comes to a baby's health and nutrition, this lack of empathy and professionalism is unacceptable. A very disappointing experience.
