I was very disappointed by the staff's lack of compassion. I arrived in an emergency at 1 p.m., and despite the staff still being there, they refused to serve me, telling me to go to the on-call pharmacy. When someone comes in with an emergency and begs you for help, it's because they genuinely need it. A little more empathy would be greatly appreciated, especially in healthcare.
