As soon as you deviate from the basic list of cold or fever medications, this pharmacy systematically tells you to order them. The result: it's impossible to get your medication quickly, even in an emergency. Furthermore, orders are never delivered on the promised date. I initially thought it was a delivery problem, but to my great surprise, one day an employee (clearly misinformed) explained that she believed I had returned the day after placing my order to order, not to pick up my medication… Which is completely illogical! Why would I have to come back twice to place an order? Even worse: when I insisted, they pointed out all the medications other customers had ordered but hadn't received. But how does the behavior of other customers concern me? When I placed my order, I clearly stated that I would return, I repeated it clearly, and I even offered to pay for my medication in advance! In short: no seriousness, no professionalism. It's very disappointing, especially coming from people working in the healthcare field.
